At 4Bs River Bottom Kennel, dogs have always been more than a hobby—they've been part of our family. What began with a love for French and English Bulldogs eventually grew into a passion for raising exceptional Dachshunds as well. Over the years, we've dedicated ourselves to producing healthy, well-socialized puppies that are ready to become cherished members of their new families.

Every puppy is raised with hands-on care, daily interaction, and plenty of love from our family. We believe that a great puppy starts with a strong foundation, which is why health, temperament, and responsible breeding are at the heart of everything we do.

GOT BULLDOG QUESTIONS?

  • English Bulldogs are larger, heavier, and more laid-back, while French Bulldogs are smaller, more playful, and better suited for compact living spaces. Both breeds are affectionate companions with unique personalities.

  • If you prefer a larger, relaxed companion, an English Bulldog may be a great fit. If you want a smaller, adaptable dog for apartment or active city living, a French Bulldog could be ideal.

  • Look for breeders who prioritize health testing, proper socialization, clean living environments, and transparency about their breeding practices. Ethical breeders are happy to answer questions and provide support after adoption.

  • Most bulldog puppies are ready to go home around 8–10 weeks of age after receiving early veterinary care and socialization

  • No, neither English Bulldogs nor French Bulldogs are considered hypoallergenic. Both breeds shed and can produce allergens that may affect sensitive individuals.

  • Yes, both English and French Bulldogs can be excellent choices for first-time dog owners. Their affectionate personalities, moderate exercise needs, and adaptability make them relatively easy companions for individuals and families alike.

  • Bulldogs benefit from regular grooming, wrinkle cleaning, nail trimming, and routine veterinary care. While their coats are low-maintenance, their skin folds and overall health should be monitored consistently to keep them comfortable and healthy.

  • Bulldogs are loved for their loyal, affectionate, and easygoing personalities. Whether it’s an English Bulldog’s calm demeanor or a French Bulldog’s playful charm, both breeds are known for forming strong bonds with their owners and fitting well into many different lifestyles.
